The searchable database has been compiled through the support of the leading UK regulatory authorities and awarding bodies (covering England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

The UK VET Qualifications Catalogue is the quickest and simplest method of searching for vocational qualifications currently available. The following are provided as flexible search criteria:

• Qualification Framework Level
• Qualification Title
• Awarding Body

And our own classification of:

• Occupations

Developed specifically to allow end users to find awards under categories they recognise, for example:

• Plumbing qualifications at level 3 that would allow an individual to
  practice in the UK

The Catalogue also includes a full description of the UK vocational education and training system.

This is divided into simple subsections to improve navigation, with a separate section for the Scottish system and containing a word search facility.
